Since 1989, we have developed a strong methodology based on tracking, assessing and validating our candidates’ professional and human skills. This is how we have a secured such a high success rate. The search process can be presented as follows :

  • Gathering of all key information on the company (turnover, profits, margins, positioning strategy...), its players (company history, organization, culture, managers’ backgrounds...) and its products (range, prices, distribution channels, market positioning...)
  • Detailed job description, used both as a brief between Singer & Hamilton and the company, and as a promotional tool in regards to potential candidates
  • Identification of target companies
  • Information on the candidates previously met by the client
  • Signing of the executive search agreement
  • Presentation of a long-list of candidates
  • Contacting candidates selected according to their track record and profile
  • The consultant interviews the selected candidates
  • Professional references checking
  • Presentation of a short-list of candidates to the client
  • Assist our client in selecting the most suitable candidate and subsequently assist in formalizing the offer
  • Negotiation with the candidate, under client supervision
  • Close monitoring of the placed candidate’s integration
